Shopping and Sniffles!
It is irritatingly typical that on my glorious and final weekend off of work I should come down with a cold. I simply despise colds, I become completely pathetic and feel undoubtedly disgusting and therefore sorry for myself. However, in an attempt to cure this self pity, I decided to go shopping! I’ve done quite well recently with presents, first my boyfriend bought me the pretty summer dress to the left, and then I went and found all these lovely bargains!
I found the next dress in a shop full of very cute dresses, I settled on just one though – owing to my lack of money, and my already brimming wardrobe of dresses. I thought it would be suitable for teaching later in the year, and would look nice teamed with a brown leather belt of some kind!
Next were the shoes. The place we went shopping specialised in Clarks Shoes, some of the most comfortable shoes on the planet. I am completely converted; after spending years torturing my feet in painful heels. Almost every pair of shoes I own is now made by Clarks, and I couldn’t resist these two unusual pairs.
And of course, a true girls shopping trip wouldn’t be complete without pretty underwear and posh bubble-baths. I’ve been needing some new underwear for a while, and we went a bit mad for all the nice sets on sale. I settled on just three, and I’m really quite pleased with my choices!
